Whether you’re an individual or an organization, creating a meaningful and lasting impact starts from within.

I’m a firm believer that true change comes from the inside out.

At an organizational level, I learned that from my experiences as a Private Equity investor and now as part of one of the largest companies in the world.

By analyzing hundreds of companies across industries and geographies and investing and supporting many of them over the years and cycles, I’ve learned that businesses that prioritize internal growth and change, rooted in their vision, unique strengths and values, are the ones that truly make a difference. They not only create the impact they foresee for themselves but also a ripple effect of positive change that can be transformative on a larger scale.

Whether you’re an individual or an organization, creating a meaningful and lasting impact starts from within.

I’m a firm believer that true change comes from the inside out.

At an organizational level, I’ve learned that from my experiences as a Private Equity investor and now as part of one of the largest companies in the world. By analyzing hundreds of companies across industries and geographies and investing and supporting many of them over the years and cycles, I’ve learned that businesses that prioritize internal growth and change, rooted in their vision, unique strengths and values are the ones that truly make a difference. Not only they create the impact they foresee for themselves but also a ripple effect of positive change that can be transformative on a larger scale.

At an individual level, I learned that lesson the hard way.

For years, I lived my life from the outside-in, outsourcing my self-worth, choices, and vision to my external environment. From the outside, it looked like I had it all and should keep going.

Until the “inside”, that I was ignoring, woke me up with a slap in the face. That “inside” was my body. A body that put itself into a dis-ease state to draw my attention. That’s when I understood that the only way out was the way through, and that I needed to understand the root causes of those body signs.

Since then, I’ve come a long way. Every day, I continue to learn, heal, and grow. I’ve moved from a place of fear, being stuck, and living on autopilot to being conscious, empowered and in constant movement in the direction that I choose from within.

I’m not a doctor, psychologist, or any kind of magical healer. I’m just like you, someone who learned through my own life experiences how much wisdom my body has and how much of a superpower it is in my journey to live the life I truly want

And now, I want to share it with those who are going through what I’ve been through. To do that, I created the I-OM: the inside-out model. Because no external change will substitute for a lack of an internal one.
