About Lamiaa

Lamiaa Daif is an advisor, educator and award-winning speaker on strategic reinvention: the ability to recognize change early, question yesterday’s playbook and build what comes next before disruption forces the decision.

Over 15 years in private equity and technology, she experienced reinvention from every angle. She began her investing career during the financial crisis, helping evaluate businesses through periods of uncertainty and change. She later joined Apple during the pandemic and went on to lead worldwide sales strategy and business planning for Mac and iPad.

Lamiaa has also reinvented her own career twice: the first time after a crisis made change unavoidable, and the second proactively, using evidence, experiments and a deliberate transition plan.

Today, she draws on her experience as an investor, executive and educator to help leaders and organizations reinvent before they have to. She has trained more than 10,000 leaders across industries and guest lectures at Stanford Graduate School of Business and the Stanford d.school.

Speaking & Corporate Learning

The hardest time to question a playbook is while it is still working. It is also the moment when you have the most power to reinvent it.

Lamiaa’s keynotes and learning experiences help leaders recognize change early, challenge inherited assumptions and make deliberate moves before the market, technology or circumstances force their hand.

From intimate executive sessions to conferences of more than 2,000 people, Lamiaa combines compelling stories, sharp business insight and practical frameworks tailored to the decisions her audience is facing. Her highly engaging sessions invite people to question, contribute and apply the ideas in real time.

Audiences leave equipped to see change sooner, make better decisions under uncertainty and turn new possibilities into disciplined action.

Coaching & Advising

Coaching & Advising

Strategic Reinvention at Every Level.

Whether the question is personal, organizational or commercial, the work begins in the same place: recognizing what is changing, identifying what must be preserved and building evidence for what comes next.

Career Reinvention:

For accomplished professionals who have built a successful career but can no longer assume that the path that got them here is the right path forward.

Through coaching and the Find What’s Next program, Lamiaa helps clients assess what they have built, clarify what the next chapter must deliver and test new possibilities without starting over or making a blind leap.

Leadership Reinvention:

For leaders who must make decisions without perfect information, challenge established thinking and mobilize people through change.

Lamiaa helps leaders develop the judgment, influence and experimentation skills required to shape change rather than simply react to it.

Organizational Reinvention:

For established organizations whose expertise and proven playbooks have created success, but may also make it harder to see what must change next.

Through advising, workshops and executive learning, Lamiaa helps teams recognize changing signals, challenge inherited assumptions and turn new possibilities into disciplined experiments, changed ways of working and sustainable growth.

Each engagement is tailored to your specific challenges and aspirations, combining strategic rigor with transformational leadership development.

Reinvention starts
before the crisis.

The leaders and organizations with the greatest power to shape what comes next are not the ones waiting for change to become unavoidable.

They recognize the signals early, question what has always worked and act while change is still a choice.
