I Know Exactly Where You Are Right Now.

On paper, your career looks the way it's supposed to. But it doesn't feel the way it's supposed to. Not even close.

You want a career that feels at least as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.

Nearly half the people who apply to this program have told no one they want to change. If that's you, you're not broken. You're normal. And you are far from alone.

“I know I can't do this forever. I just don't know what else to do.”
“I did everything right. Good title, good money. So why does it feel wrong?”
“I'm terrified of making the wrong move and ending up worse off.”
“If I leave, what does that say about everything I've built? And who am I without this title?”
“I go through the motions. I used to care so much.”
“I have no peace. I'm exhausted in a way that time off doesn't fix.”

You're afraid to make the wrong move. So you wait. But waiting doesn't produce clarity. It produces more fog. And more fog produces more fear. The loop tightens every month. What started as “not sure yet” quietly becomes “maybe it's too late.”

And the whole time, the meter is running.

Every Month You Wait, You Pay.

You're protecting your salary, your title, your stability. But you're paying in ways you're not measuring.

Your health absorbs it. The Sunday dread that becomes chronic stress. The insomnia. The exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix. Those aren't feelings. They're symptoms.

Your sense of yourself narrows. The longer you stay, the harder it becomes to imagine yourself outside those four walls. The title starts to feel like who you are, not just what you do. Three years from now you won't be asking what you should do next. You'll be asking whether you're even someone who can do something else.

You miss the doors that are open right now. The role you would have seen. The conversation you would have started. Your future self doesn't get those back.

Your earnings hit a ceiling you can't see. Misalignment kills performance, kills leverage, kills your ability to negotiate from strength. The money you think you're protecting is already shrinking.

You are paying whether you decide or not.

I Made This Decision Twice. One Nearly Broke Me. One Set Me Free.

The first time, I waited too long. I was a Private Equity Director at the largest fund in Europe. I knew something was wrong for years and I stayed anyway. Because the money was good, because the title was real, because I didn't know what I'd do instead. By the time I left, I was burned out, sick, and the transition was brutal. I paid for my delay with my health.

The second time, I did it differently. I was at Apple, leading Worldwide Sales Strategy for Mac and iPad. I saw the signs early. I examined. I tested. I validated. And I left at my peak, on my own terms, with a clear plan. No burnout. No crisis. Just clarity.

Same person. Same fear. Completely different outcomes. The only difference was the process.

That process is now the Inside-Out Model®. I've since guided 50+ senior professionals through it at Apple, Tesla, Google, and McKinsey. Stanford University asked me to develop the frameworks because this question, what do I actually want, is one of the most common and least addressed challenges for high performers. I then turned it into a structured 6-week program with 48 tools and frameworks, each one producing a documented output you can hold in your hand.

“Before, I felt stuck in my senior engineer role for years. I loved my job but had stopped growing. With Lamiaa's guidance, I found clarity and confidence in my next steps. Today, I wake up excited about my work and life.”

There's a Third Option. And It's Not a Leap of Faith.

You don't have to choose between staying stuck and making a blind leap.

You stress-test the move before you make it. You validate your direction against real market signal. You run a proof sprint with a fallback plan built in. You keep one foot planted before the other leaves the ground.

That's not blind optimism. That's risk management.

Clarity is engineerable.

You don't wait for an epiphany. You build the answer from the data you already have. Then you verify it in the real world before you act on it. That is what this program is built to do.

Most People Carry This Alone. That's Why They Stay Stuck.

Your career is one of the highest-stakes decisions of your life. And most people make it alone, while too emotionally tangled in it to think straight, with advice from people who have never been where they are.

You can't see the maze clearly when you're inside it. Friends and peers are in the same fog. It's the blind leading the blind. Warm, kind, and not what you actually need.

What moves people forward is accountability from someone who has already been to the other side. Someone who has felt the same fear, made the same calculation, and can now see what you can't see from where you're standing.

You've Already Tried Things. That's the Point.

The journaling. The therapy. The career tests. The podcasts. The coffee chats. Some of you have done all of it. Still stuck.

Every one of those approaches keeps you in your own head. And your head is exactly where the loop lives. More thinking doesn't break a thinking loop.

1 in 3 people who apply to this program already tried a career coach. The pattern:

“Generic advice I could have found online.”
“Just more talking and reflecting. No real steps.”
“My coach didn't understand my specific situation.”

This program is built differently. Around evidence. 48 structured tools and frameworks. You don't think about what might work. You test it and come back with data.

How the Program Gets You There.

After three years of working with people in your exact situation, I can tell you: you already have the skills, the experience, and the drive. You wouldn't be reading this if you didn't. What's missing isn't talent. It's three very specific things. And the program is structured around giving you all three in 6 weeks.

1. The Full Picture. Because You Can't Choose What You Can't See.

Right now, you're staring at two or three options, and they all feel either scary or underwhelming. That's because you're looking at a corner of the board. You can't choose well when you can't see well.

The program maps everything. Your skills, not your job title, the problems you actually solve. Your energy, what drains you, what lights you up, the exact percentage of your current role that is working against you. What people who know you best say you're unusually good at. What you voluntarily learn about when nobody is watching. Where all of that converges. Three career paths built from real data, not guesswork. The blank page dies in Week 1.

The program opens up the full board. No blind spots. Everything you could be, visible and mapped.

2. Every Fear Tested Against Data. Because Fear Doesn't Survive Contact with Evidence.

You're not stuck because you lack options. You're stuck because fear is running the show. Fear of the wrong move. Fear of losing money. Fear of losing status. Fear of starting from zero. Fear of finding out who you are without the title.

The program puts every fear on paper, names where it came from, and tests it. Your financial fear becomes a number. Your starting-from-zero fear meets a Positioning Portfolio that shows you exactly how much of what you've built transfers directly. Your identity fear gets mapped so you can see who you are outside the role you've been hiding behind. The cost of staying gets quantified.

Vague fear freezes. Specific data moves. The program converts every abstract terror into a testable number.

3. Real-World Proof. Because Nothing You've Tried Has Gotten You Out of Your Head.

This is the piece that makes everything else matter. And it's the piece that no amount of journaling, therapy, coaching, or coffee chats will ever give you.

You don't just decide in your head. You run an actual test. A designed, small, reversible experiment in the real world. You get real market signal. Real feedback. Real data on whether the direction works, not whether it sounds nice in your journal.

Theory turns into evidence. Evidence is something you can always come back to. There's no more “but what if.” You tested it. You know.

What the Other Side Looks Like.

You wake up on a Monday and you know where you're going. Not in a vague, hopeful way. In a you've-tested-it-and-you-have-a-plan way. The fog is gone. The Sunday dread is gone. The loop is quiet. You're not wondering anymore. You're moving.

Here's What Becomes Possible.

  • Meaning without a pay cut. Most people assume fulfilment costs money. Many people I work with discover paths that pay the same or more.
  • Fulfilment without losing status. You don't have to start over at the bottom to do work you care about. Most discover 65-80% of what they've built carries directly.
  • Certainty without a blind leap. Real-world proof before a single irreversible move.
  • Identity beyond your title. You stop confusing what you do with who you are.
“Before working with Lamiaa, I felt defeated by my job search. My scope was too broad, my resume process felt aimless, and networking led nowhere. Lamiaa helped me define my north star goals, create a clear structure, and approach networking with focus and purpose. Working with her gave me clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of control over my career path.”

Who This Program Is For.

You don't have to fit a category. You just have to find yourself in this list.

  • You've been sitting with “I need to figure this out” for more than 6 months.
  • Your career looks fine from the outside but doesn't feel fine on the inside.
  • You've already tried something, and you're still in the same place.
  • You're scared of making the wrong move and ending up worse off.
  • The money, the security, the flexibility. Those matter and you don't want to lose them.
  • You want a tested first step. Not a leap.
  • You're ready to do actual work, not just talk about it.

This is not for you if: you're in your first three years of your career. You're not willing to look at what's actually keeping you stuck. Or you want to keep thinking about it for another year. You know who you are.

This Is Work. That's Why It Works.

Two hours a week. Every week we meet live, and around that there's pre-work before the session and integration work after it.

That isn't a warning. It's the mechanism.

The reason the journaling and the podcasts and the coffee chats didn't move you is that not one of them asked anything of you. You can't think your way out of this, because thinking is where you've been stuck. You have to produce something, look at it, and act on it.

I bring the process and the tools. You do the work, with me, alongside seven other people doing the same. Every week produces one documented output. Six weeks, six things you can hold.

If you want to keep thinking about it for another year, this won't work for you and you shouldn't join.

What it costs
$3,500
Or two payments of $1,750.

One cohort a month, starting the third Wednesday. Eight seats. Enrollment closes the Friday before we start.

You Will Not Finish This Without a Direction.

Do the work. Come to the sessions. Finish the six weeks. If you get to the end and still don't have a direction you'd bet on, I keep working with you, one to one, for the next 90 days, until you do.

I can promise that because every week of this produces something you can hold. There's no argument about whether you did the work, or whether you got there. We can both see it.

And if you need to talk to someone before you decide, you should. Enroll, have the conversation, and if within 72 hours it isn't the right time, I refund you in full and you don't have to explain why.

How This Starts.

Step 1
We talk.

Thirty minutes, on a call with me. Not a sales pitch, and not a discovery call with a script. You tell me where you actually are, and I tell you straight whether this is the right thing for you right now. Plenty of people leave that call with something useful and don't join, and that's a fine outcome.

Step 2
I read your diagnosis first.

Before we talk I'll send you a five-minute assessment. It scores where you are across clarity, confidence and readiness, and tells me which pattern is keeping you stuck, so I've read your answers before you've said a word and we can use the thirty minutes properly.

Step 3
If we're aligned, you join the next cohort.

Cohorts are small by design. Eight people. I'd rather run more cohorts than dilute yours. Not everyone who applies gets a place, and that isn't exclusivity for its own sake. The work only lands when someone is actually ready.

You Already Know This Needs to Happen.

You've known for months. Maybe years. The question isn't whether something has to change. It's whether you're going to wait for a sign that never comes, or sit down and build the clarity yourself.

The time is passing anyway.
